I admit to loving all things magical; I love Harry Potter, I dream of Jeannie, Wonder Woman, Cinderella Bewitched, and charmed – I’m sure you get the idea.

As an adjective magical can also be described as, “beautiful or delightful in such a way as to seem removed from everyday life.”

I encourage you to practice creating Magic Mondays by taking five or ten minutes to really get into a positive magical day dream state of mind. You can do this in the shower, or while enjoying your morning coffee. Most of our automatic thoughts are negative, and lean heavily towards worst possible outcomes and scenarios.

For this exercise, you will consciously practice visualizing best possible outcomes, magical results, and pleasing situations. Some of your visualizations may be relatively realistic and other parts wonderfully magical. You will be helping your subconscious mind create and deliver more of that which you prefer and additionally generate positive neural chemicals and begin creating new neural pathways.

Begin by taking some deep breaths and allowing your mind to generate positive outcomes and intentions.

How would you like your Monday to unfold?
What would you like your Monday to look like?
What fabulous things might happen on Monday?

Visualization is a powerful tool to create more positive outcomes. Jim Carrey and Jack Canfield are two examples of people who use visualization to generate a life they love.

This is truly a profoundly helpful, proven way to take your mind off of “what is,” and distancing yourself from your everyday circumstances. Boost your capacity to manifest and enjoy a genuinely wonderful, magical life.

Enjoy your magic Mondays!
